My 38 year old male patient was thinking of making his upper front teeth since more years. He wanted to have well-shaped, straight line teeth which are in harmony when he smiles. The difficulty from dental aspect was the fact that he had no upper right lateral incisor, so beside the upper right central incisor he had the canine which was really big and stood out of the line. It means that instead of the normal 6 front teeth he had only 5. So we had the prepare the upper right canine to a smaller lateral incisor and modify the upper right first premolar to canine. Finally we made 6 individual e.max full porcelain crowns and gave him a harmonic smile.
